Match report This week Marlow visited Stoke Green, Stoke green won the toss and elected to bat.

The Marlow opening bowlers bowled extremely tightly early on and didn’t let Stoke Green dominate them. After 17 overs, Stoke Green loss their first over in the 17th over with the score on 19. Taimoor Zaman making his debut for the 1st team batted extremely patiently for his 21 but both openers departed before the score reached 50. Karanpreet Singh tried pushing the score along but no batsman supported him at the other end. Stoke Green were bundled out for 134 in 49 overs.

Zulfi Butt an Saj Aziz opened the bowling an kept the pressure on the Marlow Batsman. They were quickly reduced to 30-3 but Paskins was supported by the batsman at the other end and they slowly reached 100-3. A few quick wickets caused some panic among the Marlow batsman and they were reduced to 120-8 of 48 overs. Marlow just about got over the line with 1 over remaining by hitting a few lusty blows down the order.
