As we come to the end of the year, it is time to hold our AGM. This will take place on Sunday 17th December at 6pm in the clubhouse.
Attached are the minutes from the 2022 AGM for your reference.
If you wish to stand for any committee or playing captain role and are not currently in any of these please email me by the end of day on Friday 8th December 2023. Please indicate the position you wish to stand for.
Additionally, if you have any proposals or agenda items that you wish to discuss at the AGM please email me with as much detail as possible at least one week before the AGM date. My email address is avtar.banse@hotmail.co.uk.
Please note that only current fully paid members (including membership fees or subs) and life members will be allowed to nominate, second or vote on agenda items that reach that stage of proceedings. Any membership fees paid or received after this notice will not enable that individual to vote or stand for a role in the 2023 AGM.
