First round of league fixtures are upon us for 2018. It has certainly felt like a long winter.
The 1st team will be without skipper Sukh Dhillon this weekend but they’ll still be in capable hands away to Gerrards Cross (Gerrards Cross Sports Club).
Chirag Desai goes into his second year as skipper of the 2nd XI and he’ll be hoping for a stronger season ahead following last season’s relegation. They’ll be welcoming Chesham 3 at home with a 1pm start in the new 45 over format.
A new 3rd XI captain in Taimoor Zaman takes over from James Roberts this year away to NPL 2. The team will also look to improve on last season and aim for the higher end of the table.
